Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Change bed linens and refresh towels to hotel-quality standards
- Restock amenities and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent service excellence
- Report maintenance issues and client preferences promptly
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Coordinate with property managers for access and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if required for travel)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
