Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness discrepancies and report them to the supervisor.
- Handle laundry and linen management efficiently, including sorting, washing, folding, and organizing.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including reporting lost and found items.
- Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely.
- Maintain a positive attitude and interact professionally with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic English communication skills for guest interactions.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
