Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and polish furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies regarding chemical usage and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (approx. 4-6 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management skills.
