Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure smooth operations.
- Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional demeanor to guests and clients during your shift.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to complete all cleaning tasks within the allotted shift hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality are essential for shift work.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and detail in every task.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
