Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in rooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and public spaces.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors thoroughly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Interact professionally with guests and resolve concerns with a friendly attitude.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
