Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and functional.
- Organize closets and bathrooms, removing trash and recycling appropriately.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and other departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for multi-location roles).
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
