Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards and specific brand guidelines.
- Make beds, fluff pillows, and ensure linens are fresh and crisp.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors.
- Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and mini-bars as needed.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance or management team immediately.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays.
