Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are stocked with amenities.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
