Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Make and make beds to exacting standards, ensuring linens are fresh and taut.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and according to hotel safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established cleaning checklists.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push heavy carts.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
