As a Night Auditor, you are the guardian of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes while maintaining the highest standards of security and comfort. Responsibilities
- Execute front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations and prepare accurate audit reports.
- Monitor security systems to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and property.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem resolution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues immediately.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
- A professional demeanor and a genuine passion for guest service.
