Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest needs.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Cashier and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
