- Provide exceptional luggage handling and valet services with meticulous attention to detail
- Deliver personalized guest assistance including restaurant reservations, transportation coordination, and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine public areas and ensure seamless guest movement throughout the property
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams to anticipate and exceed guest needs
- Execute VIP arrival/departure protocols for high-profile clientele

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or premium service experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Charlotte local knowledge and transportation network expertise
