Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold luxury service standards while promoting hotel amenities and events
- Maintain immaculate front desk environment and administrative records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-centric approach
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with composure
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
