Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk support for late arrivals and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and patrol premises to ensure guest safety
- Coordinate housekeeping services for overnight room maintenance
- Handle emergency situations calmly and per hotel protocols
- Manage night audit procedures and financial transactions
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight guest requests
- Maintain detailed incident reports and shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera a plus)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for shuttle duties)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
