Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using hotel carts and maintain pristine luggage storage areas
- Provide courteous transportation assistance via valet services for arriving/departing guests
- Deliver in-room amenities and coordinate special requests with housekeeping team
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries about local attractions and services
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness of all public entrances and lobby areas
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences and resolve issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel hospitality or guest services role
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for valet operations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to anticipate guest needs
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient in hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Louisville landmarks, restaurants, and transportation options
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills highly desirable
