Responsibilities
- Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage and packages in a courteous and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about hotel amenities.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely fashion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, corridors, and bellstands.
- Answer general inquiries and provide directions to guests with a warm smile.
- Assist with valet parking operations when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
