Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and packages upon arrival and departure.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guest property during transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable bellstand and lobby area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and offering assistance.
- Operate hotel transportation vehicles safely and courteously.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly.
- Assist in special events and valet operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, valet, or customer service role is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage (50+ lbs) regularly.
- Valid Driverβs License and a clean driving record required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
