Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using bell carts and trolleys
- Provide warm welcome assistance to arriving guests
- Escort guests to rooms and showcase hotel amenities
- Handle special deliveries and room service items promptly
- Maintain luggage storage area organization and security
- Assist with valet parking during peak hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid California driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of San Jose attractions preferred
