Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory control
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly
- Execute detailed room inspections to ensure 5-star standards
- Coordinate with front desk team for room readiness timelines
- Assist with special projects including deep cleaning and event support
- Maintain organization of housekeeping carts and supply closets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills for guest interactions
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred
