Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas using premium eco-friendly products
- Inspect and maintain room inventory, including linens, amenities, and supplies
- Address guest requests promptly and maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability initiatives while exceeding brand standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover efficiency
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering department
- Participate in regular training sessions for new cleaning techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Fluent English communication skills; multilingual preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards and allergy-sensitive protocols
