Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness between turnovers
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or luxury settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards and chemical safety
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
