Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management team
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality checklists
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property access)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Fluent English communication skills
