Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional guest service during room preparation and turndown services
- Complete daily inspection checklists and quality assurance reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
