Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas according to established standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure guest rooms are fully equipped.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special cleaning instructions.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency, especially during peak check-in/check-out times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
