Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas in accordance with company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for the next guest.
- Empty trash cans, replace trash bags, and sanitize waste disposal areas.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
