- Oversee daily front desk operations with 15+ staff members

- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Implement revenue optimization strategies for room bookings
- Manage VIP guest experiences and special requests
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel guest relations leadership
- Proven track record in team management (10+ staff)
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
