Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs through personalized recommendations and arrangements
- Coordinate VIP experiences including event tickets, transportation, and exclusive access
- Lead the front desk team during peak hours and train new concierge staff
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural events
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and dining teams for seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hotel concierge or guest relations roles
- Exceptional communication and multilingual abilities (Spanish/French preferred)
- Proven expertise in Philadelphia's tourism landscape and high-end service standards
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation management systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
