Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to exceed revenue targets
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and resolve complex guest issues
- Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury hotel management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality management certification preferred
