Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase revenue and market share
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service quality standards
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Ohio hospitality management certification
