Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, train, and mentor 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales team for corporate/group bookings
- Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years at senior level
- Proven revenue growth and operational excellence track record
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Advanced certifications from leading hospitality institutions
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Certification
