Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial reports and adjust operational strategies accordingly
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
- Drive sustainability and cost-control measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Philadelphia hospitality market preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler certification
