Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas per brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certificate preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience
