Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Lead, train, and motivate 50+ hospitality professionals through performance coaching
- Implement innovative revenue management strategies and yield optimization
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/upper-upscale properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Beverage Commission certifications
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
