Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development
- Monitor budget adherence, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners
- Drive innovative guest experience initiatives and service recovery protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Expert knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and industry best practices
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred
