Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
- Analyze financial performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and events
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Delos) and revenue management
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
- Valid Florida Food Handler certification preferred
