The Grand Minneapolis Hotel seeks an experienced Senior Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a dynamic team of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge
- Develop and implement operational budgets, achieving 15%+ revenue growth targets
- Train and mentor 50+ staff members on premium service standards
- Resolve escalated guest issues with personalized solutions
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate and event partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize guest experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven revenue management and P&L optimization experience
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Deep knowledge of Minneapolis tourism landscape
