Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction scores
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance metrics
- Lead training programs and performance evaluations for 40+ staff members
- Coordinate with F&B and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Implement and maintain brand standards and quality assurance protocols
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and hospitality technology
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
