Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk, concierge, and guest relations operations ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through performance coaching and development
- Implement strategic operational improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service issues with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate cross-functional initiatives during peak seasons
- Monitor key performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, guest satisfaction scores) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations while maintaining safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Minimum 3 years in senior hotel operations with luxury property experience
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ in high-volume environments
- Expertise in Opera PMS, Yield Management, and revenue optimization strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility background
- Valid California Food Handler certification and ServSafe preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable
