Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to exceed luxury standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens while maintaining cost efficiency
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on proper techniques and protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room repairs and special requests
- Implement eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel housekeeping experience required
- Valid California Food Handler Card preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
