Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of luxury guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory and restocking of premium amenities, linens, and supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and service recovery
- Execute detailed room inspections using standardized checklists
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on procedures
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hospitality setting
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning practices and chemicals
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
