Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, supervise, and mentor front desk, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Enforce safety and security protocols across the property.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with management to schedule staff shifts effectively.
- Conduct daily inspections of public areas and guest rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or shift work environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Must be available for immediate start.
