Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and personal belongings to/from rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, professional interactions
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation coordination
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrance areas, and bell station
- Act as local resource for guests regarding Wichita attractions and dining
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for smooth operations
- Safely operate luggage carts and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Wichita location
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in assistance
