Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to/from rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service at all guest touchpoints
- Perform valet parking duties as needed
- Deliver items to guest rooms promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and bell desk areas
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest experiences
- Follow all safety protocols during guest interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (with valid work permit if under 18)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of Denver geography preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check
