Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage transportation and hotel check-in procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and baggage areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Safely operate elevators and assist with valet parking when needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old with valid work permit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis
