Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using resort carts
- Provide warm, friendly greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Assist with va parking, room deliveries, and special guest requests
- Maintain pristine appearance of resort lobbies and bell stations
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Safely handle guest belongings with care and attention to detail
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (perfect for high school students!)
- Valid work permit if under 18
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts and school holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to resort location
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
