Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to/from rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service at hotel entrances and lobby areas
- Deliver items (e.g., towels, amenities) to guest rooms promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow safety protocols for moving heavy items
- Support other departments during peak hours as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (high school student preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable with flexible availability
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
- Must maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Valid work permit if under 18
- Local Oklahoma City residency preferred
