Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a friendly smile.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our modern hotel management software.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and transfer calls professionally to ensure no guest is left on hold.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and balance the daily drawer accurately.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Assist with concierge services, luggage handling, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High school student or recent graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
