- Resolve guest issues promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold strict security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for errands)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
