Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and VIP requests with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal guest satisfaction
- Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy rates
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols
- Train new agents on hotel systems and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
