Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using Opera property management system
- Address guest concerns with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, FOSSE)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
